ขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อบัตร:

 

• สร้างบัญชีที่ www.eventtech.ai ด้วย Line หรือ Email ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนวันที่เปิดจำหน่ายบัตร โปรดกรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนในขั้นตอนการสร้างบัญชี เพื่อประหยัดเวลาในการซื้อบัตรในวันจริง โดยชื่อและข้อมูลของผู้ลงทะเบียนจะต้องตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน/หนังสือเดินทาง และที่อยู่อีเมลจะต้องเป็นที่อยู่อีเมลที่ถูกต้อง 
• ผู้ซื้อมีสิทธิ์ซื้อบัตรได้ 1 ใบ ต่อ 1 รอบ หากต้องการซื้อบัตรสำหรับรอบอื่นๆ ต้องดำเนินการชำระเงินให้เสร็จสิ้นก่อน และทำการจองรอบอื่นๆ อีกครั้งตามลำดับ
• เมื่อถึงวันจำหน่ายบัตร โปรดล็อกอินเข้าสู่ระบบล่วงหน้า และจัดเตรียมข้อมูล ชื่อ-นามสกุล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ เลขประจำตัวประชาชน หรือ หมายเลขหนังสือเดินทาง และอีเมล สำหรับบัตรแต่ละใบให้ครบถ้วนก่อนทำการซื้อบัตร
• คลิก "ยืนยัน" เพื่อไปยังหน้าการชำระเงิน เลือกวิธีการชำระเงินที่ต้องการ บัตรเครดิต/ บัตรเดบิต, QR พร้อมเพย์ และ Alipay และอื่นๆ
• ผู้ซื้อจะมีเวลา 10 นาทีในการตรวจสอบรายละเอียดก่อนชำระเงิน อย่างไรก็ตาม ภายในระยะเวลานี้ ระบบจะไม่ได้สำรองบัตรไว้ให้ท่านการซื้อบัตรจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์หลังชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้นเท่านั้น
• กดยืนยันการสั่งซื้อและชำระเงิน
• เมื่อชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้น ท่านจะได้รับข้อความยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ และรายละเอียดบัตรเข้างาน (QR Code) ผ่านทางอีเมล พร้อมหมายเลขการสั่งซื้อ (Order ID) ที่เรียงตามลำดับการชำระเงิน ซึ่งทางผู้จัดงานจะนำหมายเลขนี้มาใช้จัดลำดับการถ่ายภาพ โดยลำดับที่ 1-60 จะถูกประกาศผ่าน Instagram, X และ Xiaohongshu ของบัตเตอร์แบร์ออฟฟิเชียลอย่างน้อย 1 วันก่อนวันงาน

 

 

ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข:

 

ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบ และยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขในการร่วมกิจกรรมกับทาง Butterbear โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 29 ก.ค. 2567 เป็นต้นไป ดังนี้

• ไม่สามารถขายบัตรหรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้กับผู้อื่นได้ทุกกรณี
• ในวันงาน ผู้ซื้อบัตรจะต้องนำบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ตที่ใช้ลงทะเบียนซื้อบัตรมาแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่พร้อมกับ QR Code ที่ได้รับจากอีเมลยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการซื้อบัตรจะต้องตรงกับข้อมูลบนบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ตทุกประการ หากข้อมูลไม่ตรงกันไม่ว่าส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์งดเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
• ในวันงาน ทุกท่านต้องมาแสดง QR Code กับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่หน้าร้านบัตเตอร์แบร์ อย่างน้อย 30 นาทีก่อนการแสดงเริ่ม หากท่านไม่มาภายในเวลาที่กำหนดจะถือว่าเป็นการสละสิทธิ์
• หลังจากสแกน QR Code เรียบร้อย ทุกท่านจะได้รับสายรัดข้อมือ ที่จะระบุลำดับ 1-60 ห้ามถอดสายรัดจนกว่าจะจบกิจกรรม
• หากต้องการมอบสิ่งของไม่ว่าประเภทใดให้กับน้องเนย ต้องมอบให้กับทางพี่เลี้ยงหรือรปภ.เท่านั้น โดยทางเราจะมีจุดรับของจัดไว้ให้โดยเฉพาะ (งดรับเงินและอาหารสด)
• เพื่อความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย การถ่ายภาพต้องเป็นไปตามลำดับ 1-60 โดยจำกัด 1 ท่านต่อ 1 คิวถ่ายภาพเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถถ่ายภาพคู่หรือกลุ่มได้
• ไม่อนุญาตให้หอมน้อง สามารถกอดและจับมือได้เท่านั้น 
• ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแต่งกายเป็นมาสคอตหรือตัวละครอื่นๆ ทุกกรณี
• หากพบว่ามีการใช้โอกาสในการร่วมกิจกรรมไปเพื่อประโยชน์ในเชิงพาณิชย์ เช่น การนำเสนอสินค้าและ/หรือ แบรนด์ใดๆก็ตาม ขอสงวนสิทธิ์งดเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และจะไม่สามารถซื้อบัตรและร่วมกิจกรรมในอนาคตได้อีกต่อไป
• ทั้งนี้ การตัดสินใจที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด อยู่ในดุลยพินิจของทางทีมงาน การตัดสินใจของทีมงานถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

**หากมีการซื้อบัตรแล้ว จะไม่สามารถขอเงินคืนได้ในทุกกรณี ยกเว้นกรณีที่ไม่มีการจัดงาน ที่เกิดจากทางผู้จัดงานเป็นผู้ยกเลิกเท่านั้น**

• เริ่มจำหน่ายบัตรวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2567 เวลา 20.00 น. ตามเวลาอินโดจีน / กรุงเทพมหานคร
• ราคาบัตรรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7% แล้ว แต่ยังไม่รวมค่าธรรมเนียมการดำเนินการและค่าธรรมเนียมอื่นๆ
• เมื่อลูกค้าดำเนินการสั่งซื้อเสร็จสิ้น ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ขอเปลี่ยน/คืนบัตร หรือขอคืนเงินทุกกรณี
• ผู้จัดงานจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆต่อบัตรที่ไม่ได้ซื้อโดยตรงจากช่องทางการจำหน่ายบัตรที่กำหนดโดยผู้จัดงานไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ
• ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขได้ตามความเหมาะสม

Terms & Conditions:

 

• Sign up for EventTech via Line or email at least 24 hours before the actual ticket sales. Please make sure to fill out the information in all fields during the sign up process in order to minimize the time needed to complete the transaction. The registrant's name and information must match those on the ID card/passport, and the email address must be a valid email address.
• Each user may purchase up to one ticket per round. If you wish to book another ticket for another round, please complete the current transaction and purchase the other ticket in a separate transaction.
• On the date of the ticket sales, we recommend that you log on to your EventTech account ahead of time and prepare the name, surname, identification number or passport number, phone number, and email at the ready.
• You will have 10 minutes to check your ticket details before making payment. Please note that during this period the transaction is still incomplete and the ticket is not secured yet. Tickets will only be confirmed once payment is complete.
• Click "Confirm" to proceed to the Payment page. Choose a payment method from the list as follows: Credit Card / Debit Card, QR PromptPay, and Alipay.
• Press to confirm order and pay.
• Once payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation email including the virtual ticket (QR Code) and your Order ID This number indicates the sequential order of the transactions and will be translated into number 1-60 for the photograph session. The numbered 1-60 slots will be announced on Butterbear Instagram, X, and Xiaohongshu at least 1 day prior to the event date.

I have read, understand and agree to comply with the terms and conditions below:

 

• Tickets may not be transferred or resold under any circumstances.
• You must bring to the event your identification card or passport that you used to buy the ticket, along with the QR Code provided via order confirmation email. The information on the QR Code must match the information on your identification card or passport. If the information does not match, either wholly or in part, you will be denied entry.
• You must present the QR Code to the designated Butterbear staff at the store at least 30 minutes before showtime. Any tickets that are not registered prior to the deadline will be forfeited.
• After the QR Code is verified, each ticket holder will be given a wristband with number 1-60 specifying your place in the photo session. Do not remove this wristband until the event has ended.
• If you want to give gifts to Butterbear, please hand them to Butterbear’s caretaker or security team, or place them at the designated area. (No fresh food or money allowed)
• The photo session will run sequentially according to the 1-60 number written on the wristbands. Only 1 person is permitted per each photo session. Couple or group photos are not permitted.
• You are not allowed to kiss Butterbear. You are only permitted to hug or hold hands with Butterbear.
• You are not allowed to dress up as a mascot or any other characters under any circumstance.
• No marketing or commercial activities are allowed.
• Staff may exercise discretion as needed. All decisions made by Butterbear staff are final.

** Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets may only be refunded if the organizer cancels the event.

 

 

Remarks:

 

• Tickets go on sale on July 29, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. Indochina Time / Bangkok.
• Ticket price includes VAT 7%, yet excludes process fee and other fees.
• The organizers will not be liable for any tickets that were not purchased directly from the ticketing channels established by the organizers under any circumstance.
• Organizers have the right to change the conditions as appropriate.

 

 

**Important** :

Please do not show your order confirmation, QR Code, or any confidential information to the public. The organizer reserves the right not to provide any refunds or issue new tickets.

在确认付款之前，您将有10分钟的时间检查您的门票详情。请注意，在此期间交易如果未完成，门票则尚未确认。只有完成付款后，门票才会确认。

点击“确认”按钮，进入付款页面。从列表中选择支付方式：信用卡/借记卡、QR PromptPay和支付宝。按确认订单并支付。

付款完成后，您将收到包含虚拟门票（QR码）和Order ID号码的订单确认电子邮件。此号码表示交易的顺序，并将转换为1-60号位以参与合照环节。关于1-60号位的公告将至少会提前1天在Butterbear的Instagram、X和小红书上发布。

门票不得在任何情况下转让或转售。
您必须携带用于购买门票的身份证或护照，以及通过订单确认电子邮件提供的QR码。QR码上的信息必须与您的身份证或护照上的信息匹配。如果信息不完全或部分不匹配，您将被拒绝入场。

您必须在演出开始前至少30分钟将QR码呈现给指定的Butterbear工作人员。未在截止日期前注册的任何门票将被作废。

QR码验证后，每位门票持有者将获得一条带有1-60号位的手腕带，指定您在合照环节中的位置。请勿在活动结束前摘除此手腕带。

如果您想要给Butterbear送礼物，请交给Butterbear的照顾者或安保团队，或放置在指定区域。

合照环节，将根据手腕带上的1-60号顺序进行。每次拍照只允许1人参与，不允许情侣或团体照片。

您不允许亲吻Butterbear，只允许拥抱或牵手。
