Live Streaming Day 1 Ticket (July 6) + RERUN On-Demand

Live Streaming Day 2 Ticket (July 7) + RERUN On-Demand

     *On sale June 30, 2024, at 20:00 - July 7, 2024. No membership restrictions.

Live Stream Session Start: 18:00 - 20:00

Rerun On-demand Start 20:00, 14 July 2024 to 20:00, 23 July 2024 BKK time

How to Purchase Live Streaming Tickets:

1. Go to the website www.eventtech.ai, select the desired show, and click "Buy Ticket."
2. Fill in the purchaser's details completely and double-check the accuracy of the information before confirming the payment.
3. Choose your preferred payment method. Please complete the payment within 10 minutes. If not completed within the specified time, the system will automatically cancel the order.
4. Once the order is confirmed, the system will send the payment confirmation and E-ticket to your email.

How to Access the Live Stream:

1. Log in to the EventTech system.
2. Go to the E-ticket menu.
3. Select the Live Stream you want to watch.
4. Click "Watch" to access the live stream.

Guidelines for Live Streaming Viewers:

1. You can watch the Live Streaming via the E-ticket page or the link sent to the email provided during ticket purchase.
2. One link can only be logged in on one device at a time.
3. Recording, reproducing, and live broadcasting through other channels is not allowed.

Conditions for Live Streaming Tickets:

1. Users can book unlimited tickets, but each ticket can only be used on one device per ticket.
2. Live Streaming tickets allow access to Event Rerun On-Demand for 9 days from the date the content is available online (July 14, 20:00 - July 23, 20:00). Playback time is limited to 480 minutes or 8 hours.
3. Upon purchasing tickets, you will receive a link to watch the live show through the E-ticket page and the registered email within 24 hours. Please check your email. If you do not receive it within the specified time, contact EventTech support chat.
4. Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
5. We reserve the right to cancel tickets and/or deny event access without refund if tickets are found to be resold above the price, including cases of impersonation. Please do not take photos of your booking page or tickets to prevent fraud.
6. The organizers are not responsible for any tickets not purchased directly from the official ticket sales channels.
7. Event times and/or Event Rerun On-Demand viewing periods are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Ticket prices include 7% VAT but do not include other fees and service charges.
9. Event Rerun On-Demand content includes both days' live streaming. Some images, videos, or audio may differ from the live streaming.
